Sandeep has got an expertise in the IPR laws especially Patents, Copyright, Trademarks and Designs. He is a registered Patent Agent with the Patents Office, Government of India and is one of the most known faces in the Trademarks Office, Patents Office, Copyright Office and Intellectual Property Appellate Board. He has been associated with FICCI in the year 2014 for their various workshops throughout the country on 'Clean Technology & Patent Law'.

Often involved in the process of designing and registering the Trademarks for Corporate Houses and individuals, he has mastered the practice of inventing new marks and designs to give clients distinctive intellectual property. He is skilled in drafting several media & entertainment and sports related agreements.

He has also been actively involved in corporate criminal law and has been assisting clients in corporate crisis management in terms of law. He has also been suggesting companies on flow of Intellectual Property Rights at the time of Merger & Acquisition.
